Modulated IR Sensor

I developed this miniature module to replace the regular IR reflection sensors by being immune to IR noise sources in the environment. It consists of a 4-channel op-amp besides a CNY70 IR sensor to modulate the IR beam around 40Khz and filter it out the reflected IR and also amplify it. The very best feature is that it has an internal comparator with a small variable resistor to determine the threshold among the hysteresis. All of these inside a 15.5mm x 15.5mm module.

It was designed back in 2011, so I will totally reduce the size in a remaking process.
