custom made CNC machinery

This was a big project which has many aspects such as designing an embedded motion controller, interface and mechanical designs for the faucet manufacturing. The main purpose for this project was to design a custom CNC machine with 7 asynchronous 350W ~ 1.5KW servo motors in couple mode. All the servos were synchronous with each other and being controlled by our software. The motion controller was capable of control and monitor up to 12 servos by that time thanks to the dsPic33 microcontroller. One of the capabilities was to working in harsh environments.
