car key ignition testing equipment

This advance device which was ordered to me was designed to fully check the mechanical and electrical parameters of the car key ignition system from different manufacturers. It just needed to place a different mechanical fixture and all other settings needed to be set in the software which was developed in LabView. It was capable of measuring the forces of in, out and turning the key processes among with the electrical parameters such as contacts health, resistance and even it simulates the load of the engine-start to the ignition system. I have to thank my colleague Mr.shirazi for accompanying me in this project.
